For over four years now, EPS Clean has had the privilege of partnering with Azure Development Group, one of Australia’s most respected names in residential construction.
A shared commitment to quality, precision, and professionalism has always guided our collaboration with Azure. Together, we’ve tackled projects of every size, but Munro Edition stands out as a defining milestone in our journey.
Located in a growing community, Munro Edition was a project of scale, scope, and substance: 17 buildings and around 84 homes, all requiring cleaning services from start to finish. From the External Window Clean right through to the final Sparkle Clean, EPS Group managed every stage with care and pride.
Starting Strong: Taking the Project from Day One
Being involved from day one gave us a unique opportunity to design and implement a tailored cleaning strategy for the entire site. From the outset, we worked closely with Azure’s site management team to plan timelines, coordinate staff, and ensure safety standards were always maintained.

The Challenges Behind the Shine ✨
Large-scale projects like Munro Edition always come with a set of challenges, and this one was no exception. The logistical demands were significant, with multiple buildings progressing at different rates, each requiring individual attention and scheduling precision.
Key Challenges We Faced
- Tight deadlines and shifting timelines due to external construction factors.
- Weather interruptions during critical exterior cleaning stages.
- Team management across various buildings and cleaning phases.
- Communication logistics between multiple supervisors and trades.
At one stage, some of the buildings were reassigned to other teams, a moment that could have easily discouraged us. But instead, we decided to focus even harder on what remained under our responsibility.
That determination paid off. Every building under our scope was delivered on time, on spec, and with our signature quality guarantee.
