Azure – Dalhia is a residential development located within a gated community. It consists of 3-bedroom terrace homes designed with an indoor-outdoor living layout. The development includes communal areas featuring a 15-metre swimming pool, a 5-metre children’s splash pool, double daybeds, cabanas, and expansive lawn spaces.
EPS Clean contributed to this project by providing Builders cleaning services, ensuring that the residences and communal spaces were thoroughly cleaned and prepared for occupancy. Their work included the removal of construction dust and debris, detailed cleaning of interiors, and final touch-ups to enhance the presentation of the property before its completion.

Azure – The Terraces Edition is a master-planned development designed to integrate with the surrounding parkland. It features a collection of two and three-storey residences within the Capestone precinct, offering a range of three- and four-bedroom layouts with 2.5 bathrooms, single or double garages, and landscaped private courtyards.

Durable vinyl flooring, extensive glazing, and high-traffic zones define the space, requiring a precise and professional finish to meet government standards.

Our team meticulously cleaned all floors, vacuumed carpets and corridors, and detailed vinyl surfaces to remove construction residue. Bathrooms and private rooms were thoroughly sanitised, while all glazing was carefully cleaned to ensure a clear, polished finish. The space includes dedicated workout zones, specialised equipment areas, amenities, and high-use surfaces throughout. EPS Clean was engaged to complete the final clean, preparing the facility for opening. Our team carried out detailed dusting of ceilings, walls, and skirting boards, alongside a full wipe-down of doors, frames, handles, and switches. Joinery, wardrobes, tiles, and grout were thoroughly cleaned, while bathrooms and fixtures were sanitised to a high standard. Gym equipment and internal glass were carefully detailed, and all floors were vacuumed to achieve a spotless, ready-to-use environment. 91 Norman Avenue, delivered by Ground Up Carpentry & Building, is a thoughtfully constructed residential property designed for comfortable modern living. The home features multiple internal spaces including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor balcony zones, all finished with high-quality materials and detailing.
EPS Clean was engaged to carry out a comprehensive final clean, ensuring the property was presented at its absolute best. Our team removed all construction dust, debris, and surface residue, followed by detailed cleaning across every internal area. This included dusting ceilings, walls, and trims, cleaning joinery and cabinetry inside and out, and sanitising all wet areas such as bathrooms and kitchen surfaces. Floors were thoroughly vacuumed and detailed, while internal windows, frames, and tracks were left spotless. Externally, the balcony was cleaned using a purified ionic water system, providing a gentle yet effective finish across glass and surfaces. The result is a flawless, move-in ready home that reflects the quality of the build.

Brisbane Boys College, delivered by Dynamis Projects, is a large-scale educational development designed to support both academic and community use. The project includes a range of internal spaces with high foot traffic, requiring a structured cleaning approach to achieve a polished and functional final presentation.
EPS Clean was engaged to deliver both the builder’s clean and final clean in a two-stage process. During Stage 1, our team removed construction dust and debris, vacuumed and mopped all floor surfaces, and completed initial cleaning of walls, joinery, and wet areas. This prepared the site for final detailing. In Stage 2, we carried out a comprehensive final clean, including detailed wipe-downs of all surfaces, cleaning of cupboards and cabinetry, and thorough window and glass cleaning both internally and externally where accessible. Floors were refined to a high standard, and a final presentation check ensured the site was ready for handover. This staged approach guarantees a seamless transition from construction to completion.

41 Frankit St, delivered by Murray Projects, is a residential property where external presentation plays a key role in the overall finish. The project includes expansive outdoor surfaces such as walls, driveways, pathways, and pool areas, all requiring a high level of detailing to achieve a clean, cohesive look.
EPS Clean was engaged to complete a full external clean, focused on delivering a handover-ready result. Our team performed pressure washing across all nominated areas, including driveways, concrete surfaces, and external walls. Using a combination of ionic water application, manual scrubbing, and controlled pressure washing methods, we effectively removed dirt, dust, and construction residue. Windows, glass, and louvres were hand-cleaned for a pristine finish, including sliding doors and pool glass panels cleaned on both sides. Additional detailing, such as manual paint removal from concrete surfaces, ensured a refined and polished outcome. This thorough process enhances the property’s presentation and ensures it meets final delivery standards.
