End of Lease Cleaning Brisbane: Fixed Prices
An end of lease (bond) clean with EPS Clean costs from $525 ex GST ($577.50 inc GST) for a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit, up to $930 ex GST ($1,023 inc GST) for a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house. Prices are fixed for an empty property, cleaned to real estate inspection standard, across Brisbane, Ipswich and Logan.

GST is 10%. Prices are for a standard clean of an empty property. Bathrooms take longer to clean than bedrooms, so each extra bathroom adds more to the price than an extra bedroom.
Time included: each fixed price covers the time shown. If the property needs more (for example heavy build-up, mould, or items left behind), we will call you before doing any extra work. Extra time is $75 per hour ex GST ($82.50 inc GST), and only with your approval.

How much does an end of lease clean cost in Brisbane?
With EPS Clean, a fixed-price end of lease clean costs from $525 ex GST ($577.50 inc GST) for a 1 bed / 1 bath unit. Each extra bedroom adds $45 ex GST and each extra bathroom adds $90 ex GST. Larger properties are quoted.
Does the price include carpet cleaning?
No. Carpet steam cleaning, wall washing, external windows and pest treatment are extras, quoted separately. Pest treatment is $120 ex GST.
What if the clean takes longer than expected?
Each price includes a set number of hours on site. If more time is needed, we call you first. Extra time is $75 per hour ex GST, only with your approval.
Does the property need to be empty?
Yes. Fixed prices are for an empty property. If furniture or belongings are still inside, tell us when you book and we will confirm the price.
Which areas do you cover?
Brisbane and surrounding suburbs, Ipswich and Logan.
